Problem Management Process

Overview

The problem management process is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all IT problems within OIT. Problem management is meant to proactively prevent incidents from happening and minimize the impact of incidents that are not preventable. This process is scheduled to be officially implemented within OIT from April 2015 through December 2015.
